令和５年　教育機関の選定結果について｜Regarding the selection results of educational institutions in 2023

穴吹国際みらい専門学校日本語学科は広島出入国在留管理局より、特に留学生の在籍管理が適正に行われていると認められたため、「適正校（クラスⅠ）」として選定されました。

Anabuki Mirai International College Japanese Courses has been selected as an "appropriate school (Class I)" by the Hiroshima Immigration Bureau, as it has been recognized to be managing the enrollment of international students in an appropriate manner.

台湾の銘傳大学が来校しました。｜Ming Chuan University in Taiwan visited our school.

台湾の銘傳大学のデジタルメディア学科とアニメーションコミック学科の学生１５名が来校しました。穴吹カレッジグループと銘傳大学は２０１９年の提携以来、相互の訪問や共同コンテストを実施する等の交流を続けてきました。新型コロナウイルスの発生以降はオンラインでの交流となっていましたが、今回、初めて銘傳大学の学生が穴吹カレッジグループを訪問しました。

15 students from Ming Chuan University in Taiwan, majoring in digital media and animation and comics, visited our school. Since the partnership between Anabuki College Group and Ming Chuan University in 2019, we have continued exchanges such as mutual visits and joint contests. Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus, exchanges have been online, but this time, students from Ming Chuan University visited the Anabuki College group for the first time.

今回の訪問に合わせて、本校の漫画イラスト学科１年生と銘傳大学の学生に対して合同で授業を実施しました。６グループに分かれて双方の学生が同じテーブルに座り、「魅力あるキャラクターを描く」をテーマに、人間の感情、そしてその感情を表情のイラストで表すということについて勉強しました。双方の学生にとって大変いい刺激、経験になったと思います。

In conjunction with this visit, a joint class was held for first-year students of the Manga Illustration Department of our school and students of Ming Chuan University. Divided into 6 groups, the students from both sides sat at the same table and studied human emotions and how to express those emotions with facial expressions under the theme of "drawing attractive characters." I think it was a great stimulus and experience for both students.

２０２１年１１月１７日付で本校の留学生受入に関わる対応についてご案内しておりましたが、２０２１年１１月２９日に日本政府が水際対策強化に係る新たな措置を発表したことを受けて、新たに本校の留学生受入方針を定めました。今後も日本政府の方針次第では変更となる可能性もございますが、その際は改めてご案内致します。

We would like to thank you for your continued health and well-being.

On Monday, 29th, the Government of Japan has announced measures to suspend the entry of new foreigners from midnight on November 30th (Tuesday) as a strengthening of border measures for New Covid Variant, Omicron. Unfortunately, students who have been waiting to study in Japan will not be able to enter Japan from this month, and this entry suspension will continue for a month for the time being. We were planning to accept students who have not yet entered Japan who had been scheduled to enroll in April 2020 in the order in which the Certificate of Eligibility was issued. All of our faculty and staff are very disappointed when we see the feelings of international students waiting in their home countries who can not enter Japan.

However, in order to fulfill the dream of international students who are waiting for study abroad in Japan, we would like to do the following without giving up.

(7)About waiting costs after entering Japan. Students who have paid the dormitory fee will wait 14 days in the dormitory. The cost burden for students is about 15,000 yen for food.Students who have not paid the dormitory fee will wait 14 days at the hotel. Students will pay about 60,000 yen for hotel and food.The amount of food and hotel waiting costs varies depending on each campus (Takamatsu campus, Fukuyama campus, Tokushima campus).

(8)The airport where we can pick up students is Kansai International Airport. Since public transportation is not available, students will be responsible for the cost of traveling from the airport to each campus when arriving at another international airport.

(9) Due to the global expansion of New Covid Variant, Omicron, the entry schedule of (1) may be delayed.　The method of accepting students at our school that we are introducing this time is just to correspond to the "entry suspension measures for the time being one month" announced by the Japanese government. Please note that our response may change if the government policy changes.

KAGAWA INTERNATIONAL ART COMPETITION 2021

１１月２０日（土）、「KAGAWA INTERNATIONAL ART COMPETITON」の表彰式が高松市美術館にて開催されました。第一回の昨年に続き、第二回目となる今回も本校は協賛を務め、優秀者への賞品のお米を提供させて頂きました。

The award ceremony for "KAGAWA INTERNATIONAL ART COMPETITON" has been held at the Takamatsu City Museum of Art on Saturday, November 20th. Continuing from the first year last year, this time, the second time, our school also served as a sponsor and provided rice as a prize to the best performers.

本イベントは平面部門、立体部門、写真部門、グループ立体部門に分かれており、香川県在住の外国人の方が応募資格となっています。日本人では気づけない香川の美しい風景写真や、コロナ禍における外国での生活の大変さを描いた作品等、今回も多くの素晴らしい作品が出品されました。

We would like to thank you for your continued health in the early winter. On Friday, the 5th of last week, the Japanese government has announced guidelines for entering Japan. Unfortunately, waiting-list international students will not be able to enter Japan all at once from next month. Students who have not entered Japan in April 2020 will be accepted from this December in the order of issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility. In principle, international students are required to wait for 14 days after entering Japan, and even if they present the vaccination certificate designated by the Japanese Government, they are required to wait for 10 days. We would like to respond as follows.

Japanese government is considering lifting the state of emergency in urban areas of Japan starting next month, and deregulation of all movements and actions will begin. Unfortunately, there is currently no information on deregulation regarding entry Japan, but Anabuki College Group will respond as follows.
Anabuki College Group will do its utmost to help all students who have Certificate of Eligibility realize their dream of studying in Japan by the end of this year.
* (As of October 4, the state of emergency has been lifted throughout Japan.)

Notice

(1) In order to accept international students who are currently waiting to study in Japan as "October 2021 students", we would like you to wait for the Japanese government's decision to ease entry restriction and then enter Japan. The waiting deadline is the end of November, and if there is a decision to ease entry restriction by then, please pay the tuition fees, etc., and enter Japan after obtaining a visa at the embassy. We will start classes for October students. Students who wait until the end of November and enter Japan in December will start taking classes after being quarantined for a certain period of time after entering Japan. (4) Kansai Airport will be the airport for picking up students upon entry, and Anabuki College Group will pick you up. Please note that a separate travel fee will be charged when arriving at Narita Airport.

(5) Since it depends on the Japanese government's decision to ease entry restriction, we will respond as Anabuki College Group in accordance with the government policy. As Anabuki college group, we will support you as much as possible so that you can enter Japan within this year and start studying abroad in Japan.

新型コロナウイルスワクチン接種｜COVID-19 Vaccination

穴吹医療大学校を会場とする新型コロナウイルスのワクチン接種(職域接種)が下記の日程にて実施されました。

本校を含む近隣の学校の学生や家族、約２，０００名が接種しました。高松校日本語学科の学生も希望者全員が接種しました。福山校日本語学科と徳島校日本語学科では、本校職員がワクチン接種を希望する学生の予約を近隣の病院等で手配し、順次接種を進めています。

Approximately 2,000 students and families from nearby schools, including our school, have been vaccinated. All students of Japanese Courses at Takamatsu Campus who wish to be vaccinated have been vaccinated. あなぶきグループ留学生支援米｜Rice Support from Anabuki Group for International Students

世界的な新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大は留学生たちのアルバイトや生活にも大きな影響を与えています。母国を離れて暮らす留学生たちは、先の見えない状況下で物心両面の不安を抱える日々を送っており、母国でも経済的なダメージにより家族を心配している留学生も少なくありません。

The spread of the COVID-19 infection worldwide has a great impact on the part-time jobs and lives of international students. International students who live away from their home countries are living with physical and mental anxiety under uncertain circumstances, and many international students are worried about their families due to financial damage in their home countries.

そこで、本年も留学生を緊急支援するため、穴吹カレッジグループ、あなぶき興産グループ、あなぶきハウジンググループの職員・社員より「支援米」の提供を募り、留学生に支援米を配布致しました。

第二回　高松東高校出張授業｜The 2nd Class for the High School Students of Takamatsu Higashi High School

６月９日（水）、香川県立高松東高等学校で授業を行いました。第二回目となる今回は「外国から見た日本は？」「日本人は外国人にどう映ってるの？」をテーマに、グループワーク形式で授業を進めました。

On June 9th (Wednesday), we gave a class at Takamatsu Higashi High School in Kagawa Prefecture. This time, which is the second time, the lessons were conducted in a group work format with the themes of "How is Japan seen from a foreign country and foreigners ?"

穴吹カレッジグループ国際部の職員の半数は海外から日本に留学し、その後日本で就職しています。そのため、日本と母国、２カ国における教育方法や生活習慣、仕事の取り組み方等に精通しています。今回は彼らの母国のことや彼らの目線から見えてきた日本の良い部分、悪い部分等についてお話ししました。

Half of the staff of the Anabuki College Group International Affairs Department studied abroad in Japan and then got a job in Japan. 在大阪インドネシア共和国総領事Diana Emilla Sari Sutikno氏が来校しました。｜Ms. Diana Emilla Sari Sutikno, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Osaka, visited our school.

6月５日（土）、在大阪インドネシア総領事Diana Emilla Sari Sutikno氏がかがわ日本インドネシア友好協会との面会のために来校しました。面会ではかがわ日本インドネシア友好協会と本校の紹介の後、Diana総領事が「日本・インドネシアの両国の発展と地域レベルでの経済・社会文化・人的交流の促進を望む」と語りました。

On Saturday, June 5th, Indonesian Consul General Diana Emilla Sari Sutikno visited Anabuki College to meet with the Kagawa-Japan Indonesia Friendship Association（KJIA）. After introducing KJIA and Anabuki College Group, Consul General Diana said that she hopes for the development of both Japan and Indonesia and the promotion of economic, social and cultural and human exchanges at the regional level.

かがわインドネシア友好協会は香川とインドネシアとの民間レベルでの、食と健康ならびに文化と芸術等のさまざまな分野における交流及び協力を推進することを目的として２０２０年１１月に設立されました。

KJIA was established in November 2020 with the aim of promoting exchanges and cooperation between Kagawa and Indonesia at the private level in various fields such as food and health and culture and art.

本校グループには現在約３０名のインドネシア人留学生が日本語学科や専門学校の学科で学習しています。本校としては引き続き教育面で両国の交流促進、発展に寄与できるよう努めてまいります。

香川県立高松東高等学校で授業を行いました。｜We've started classes in Takamatsu Higashi High School.

香川県立高松東高等学校の二年生が一年間かけて行う総合探究活動の中で、穴吹カレッジグループ国際部が一コマ５０分、全１８回で授業を行うことになりました。第一回となった昨日（５月２６日（水））はアジア諸国と日本の現状や海外から香川に留学してきている留学生について説明しました。

授業を行う国際部のスタッフには海外から穴吹ビジネスカレッジ日本語学科に留学し、その後、穴吹カレッジグループに就職して働いているスタッフもいます。学生達も普段聞くことができない彼らの言葉に興味深く耳を傾けてくれました。

Some of the staff members of the International Affairs Department who conduct classes had studied abroad at Anabuki Business College Japanese Courses, and then have been working at Anabuki College Group. The students listened to their words, which they usually cannot hear.

５月１２日（水）、高松市社会福祉協議会様より学生の生活支援のためにということでキャベツとレタスを寄付して頂きました。新型コロナウイルスの影響でアルバイト収入が減少し、生活に困っている学生も多く、みんな喜んで野菜を持って帰りました。ご支援本当に感謝致します。
留学生の皆さん、多くの方が皆さんをサポートしてくれています。コロナに負けず勉強を頑張って下さい。

On May 12th (Wednesday), the Takamatsu City Council of Social Welfare donated cabbage and lettuce to support the lives of students. Due to the impact of the new coronavirus, part-time job income has decreased, and many students are having trouble living, so everyone was happy to bring their vegetables home.
